1. Return & Exchange Policy

At REST UP 4, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

Returned merchandise must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include original packaging whenever possible.

  • Include all accessories, inserts, and promotional materials.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchanges

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise may be exchanged within seven (7) calendar days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned unless defective or shipped incorrectly:

  • Downloadable coloring pages

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale merchandise

Return Authorization

Customers must contact REST UP 4 before returning any merchandise.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, REST UP 4 will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a defective product.

Refunds generally appear within 5–10 business days, depending upon your financial institution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • REST UP 4 shipped the wrong item.

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product is confirmed defective.

REST UP 4 recommends using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

2. Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days.

Delivery estimates vary depending on destination and carrier availability.

REST UP 4 is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

3. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase provided processing has not begun.

Orders that have entered production or shipment cannot be canceled.

Customized or personalized products cannot be canceled once production begins.

Approved cancellations will be refunded using the original payment method.

4. Digital Products Policy

All digital products sold by REST UP 4—including downloadable coloring books, journals, planners, worksheets, templates, and educational materials—are non-refundable once access has been provided or the download has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Digital products are licensed for the purchaser's personal use only unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not:

  • Copy

  • Share

  • Resell

  • Redistribute

  • Upload

  • Reproduce

  • Modify for resale

  • Claim ownership of any REST UP 4 digital content

Unauthorized reproduction may result in legal action.

5. Workshop & Event Registration Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable unless REST UP 4 cancels the event.

If REST UP 4 cancels an event, participants may receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • Credit toward a future event, at REST UP 4's discretion.

If a participant cannot attend, registration may be transferred with prior written approval from REST UP 4.

REST UP 4 reserves the right to change speakers, schedules, locations, or program content without prior notice.

6. Medical & Wellness Disclaimer

REST UP 4 provides educational, inspirational, coaching, wellness, self-care, and faith-based resources.

Our products, books, journals, workshops, coaching materials, videos, and online content are intended for informational purposes only.
